Pastor of faith, author, and faith healer and a television host Chris Oyakhilome (also known as Pastor Chris) is the creator of LoveWorld Incorporated. The company, which is also known as Christ Embassy is based out of Lagos, Nigeria.  Chris Oyakhilome Family His unique way of telling the Word of God has inspired millions across the world.

Pastor Chris: The Man
Pastor Chris Oyakhilome (December 7 63, Nigeria) was born to a faith-based family and loving parents who were devoted to their children. He is the oldest child of elder T.E Oyakhilome and Angelina Oyakhilome. She was the pioneer of the Assemblies of God Church in Benin City and a matriarch of the Oyakhilome families. She passed on her divine grace to her son from an early age.

The entire family is involved in the LoveWorld ministry. Reverend Ken the brother of Ken is the most revered pastor of Christ Embassy's Houston Texas Church and a member of the Christ Embassy Central Executive Council. KattyWorghiren serves as the director of the LoveWorld Music and Arts Ministry(LMAM), where many gospel musicians are among the top-selling in the world.

Pastor Chris is blessed with two daughters, Charlene and Carissa Sharon.  Chris Oyakhilome Biography Carissa Sharon is following her father's example of sharing God's Word with the world. As well as being known by CSO her name, she is a talented, award winning gospel artist and is a part of LoveWorld Music and Arts.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome went to Edo College and was awarded an award from Bendel State University to study architecture. He has an honorary divinity degree from Benson Idahosa University. Ambrose Ali University was the place where he was able to feel God calling him to be a minister to the Lord.

When he was still in university, The Man of God founded what would be one of the largest churches worldwide. He began a small prayer group called "Youth for Christ" which would become the most well-known organisation of its type on campus. This would also serve as the basis for the future Christ Embassy and LoveWorld Incorporated which has millions of followers all over the world.

Under Pastor Chris's guidance under the direction of Pastor Chris, the LoveWorld ministry was a pioneer in satellite television and Christian television production and programming. LOVEWORLDSAT was the first Christian television station to broadcast from Africa 24/7 on free-to-air channels. Today, LoveWorld television stations are available on cable and satellite networks across the globe.

Christ Embassy has a strong presence throughout Pastor Chris's homeland of Nigeria. The church has two Healing Schools that are located in South Africa and Canada, in which Pastor Chris holds seasonal sessions where miraculous events are witnessed.

Music and Gospel Music are also an important part of the worship. Pastor Chris Oyakhilome encourages Christ Embassy Churches to have an ensemble trained by the Loveworld Music and Arts Ministry, and through the spirit and direction of Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, a lot of the singers are able to pursue successful solo careers.

The Future African Leaders Foundation is focused on advancing the work of Pastor Chris. The goal of the foundation is to celebrate and support the extraordinary accomplishments of talented, young leaders. Pastor Chris is investing in the young people of today to prepare them to be the leaders of the future.

Pastor Chris is also an accomplished author, having written hundreds of devotionals and books. The most famous of his works is Rhapsody of Realities which is a daily devotional study guide that provides inspiring insights into the mighty Word of God. Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was a passionate and generous philanthropist. He founded the Chris Oyakhilome Foundation (COFI) an independent, non-profit organization with the mission of helping the most disadvantaged people and communities in some the poorest regions and countries across the globe.

Alongside proclaiming the gospel, the Man of God also founded a number of NGOs that have the mission of providing vital services and hope for the poor, needy or uninformed. COFI is a partnership with five other organizations that are all dedicated to raising the standard of living in the areas that are the least developed.
